So recently I have heard lots of reviews about a past time which is great for dealing with anxiety and this past time is…colouring. Colouring is meant to be a great way to calm down as it is a great form of art therapy so I thought I'd give it a go. Personally I found this actually more relaxing than I first believed it would because I thought that my urge to have everything in place would ruining this activity as I would get angry if I coloured outside the lines for instance. However I would rate this therapy as highly useful in trying to calm down and useful for tackling things such as anxiety.
